Reprodukční a užitkové vlastnosti dojnic
Leznová, Sára
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the reproductive and useful properties of dairy cows. The work deals with the comparison of performance parameters and reprodu-ctive properties of milked cattle. The first part summarizes the basic reproductive indica-tors. The next part of the thesis discusses milk and its content of components and its qua-lity, which is followed by the chapter on milk productivity. The production and consump-tion of milk is evaluated in the work both within the Czech Republic and worldwide. In the practical part, the following reproductive indicators were evaluated: Insemination in-terval, service period, insemination index and intermediate period. The level of selected reproductive and utility indicators was analyzed for individual groups of dairy cows ac-cording to the season in one year.
Složení krmné dávky a vliv na produkci a reprodukci dojnic
MALECHA, Matyáš
This thesis deals with the issue of proper nutrition of dairy cows and its effect on milk production and reproduction. It includes an introduction to cattle breeding, milk yield, digestion and the main reproductive parameters. High dairy cow production and successful reproduction are positively reflected in the economics of each dairy farm. The ration dynamics will be monitored during the progressive inclusion of roughages in the different phases of nutrition and also on the reproductive indicators in the farm under study.
Charakter komoditní vertikály mléko - mléčné produkty
Bínová, Alice
The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of the milk commodity chain and dairy products within agribusiness in the Czech Republic. The work explains the commodity vertical in general, focusing on the commodity with milk. It analyzes and evaluates the stocks of dairy cattle, the production of raw milk, the purchase of raw milk by dairies, the consumption of semi-skimmed milk and butter and their price levels in individual agricultural markets from 2010 to 2020. There are characteristics and descriptions of the production of selected dairy products and also describes the dairy sector in the Czech Republic. Based on the results, the work evaluates self-sufficiency in the dairy industry, where it is possible to increase the export of milk and dairy products abroad. The price levels of this commodity are determined by global prices, at which our raw milk is below the average price of the European Union.
Variabilita složení kravského mléka z ekologické farmy v závislosti na ročním období
Skřivánek, Miroslav
The thesis deals with the composition variability of organic farm cow´s milk depending on the season of the year. It analyzes variability of cow´s milk composition focusing on the influences of seasons and nutrition, and on the differences between the composition of milk of conventional and organic origins. After organic farm milk sampling and its analyzing the results were evaluated statistically and the statistic data were compared to the data of analyses of conventional breeding. In discussion the evaluated analyses were compared to other copyright works.
Fázová výživa dojeného skotu
SEZIMOVÁ, Kateřina
The bachelor's thesis deals with the phase nutrition of dairy cattle and its effects on the health and reproductive abilities of dairy cows. The literary section not only breaks down the nutrient needs in the various stages of dairy cow sustenance, but also the distribution of feed, feeding technology, feed ration composition, additives and important agents influencing the yield and reproduction of dairy cows. Furthermore, the practice recommendation focuses on the transit period and the need for mineral substances to maintain vitality before calving and even after calving. At the same time, it was stated how welfare, more specifically the stress of moving groups during the transit period, was able to reduce feed intake. When feed intake falls and the stress of moving dairy cows occurs, there are frequent reproductive and metabolic diseases such as mastitis, metritis, sleaze dislocation and more.
Fázová výživa dojnic v daném zemědělském podniku
VACEK, Tomáš
In this work, I analyzed phase nutrition dairy cattle practiced on a farm. Furthermore, the work focused on quality of bulky feeds from maize silage, grass-clover silage and field bean silage. Feeding method, composition of rations and production parameters were also evaluated, while taking welfare of the animals into account. For data analysis, a nutrition program was used. Indicators of nutritional values and fermentation characteristics, including microbiological testing of silage feeds (maize silage, grass-clover silage, field bean silage), correspond to a very good standard. For maize silage and grass-clover silage, NDV, ADV and NEL values were shown to be slightly below the national average. When evaluating the nutritional level based on the feed ration optimization, we can conclude that the differences in the monitored nutritional values are within the tolerance limits of the recommended values. The level of nutrition corresponds to the production achieved. Fat and starch content of the feed ration are consistent with the recommended values present in literature.

Vliv kvality a zpracování siláží a senáží na mléčnou užitkovost dojnic
VANĚK, Michal
Thesis on quality impact and processing silage and silage on milk yield of dairy cows discusses the theoretical part, mainly on the composition of the diet and milk production. In addressing this issue is important to ensure animal welfare. An integral part of the milk production is respecting technological procedures harvesting and preservation of harvested crops. Silage quality and composition of the diet affect the proper function of the rumen, which has an impact on the quality and composition of milk. The quality of milk and its composition affects the purchase price of milk. The practical part deals with methodology and data processing of milk production, the composition of the ration and analysis of silage and their subsequent statistical processing. Further consideration was given to the possible influence of the season. Statistical results were then compared with many experts. The results fell the most in 2015, which increased the average monthly milk yield . In this year , the best fed silage and forage
Monitoring of etological expression of dairy cows in dependence on technology of stabling for role of evolution of detectors which evaluate various movements of animals
KINDLOVÁ, Jana
Breeding of cattle is one of the most important industry of animal production in the Czech republic. These animals are used mainly for production of meat and milk. The aim of this diploma thesis was to gather basic datas about etological expressions of breeding dairy cows in the relationship to the used technologies of milking by using detectors of automatical scanning of movements and to formulate conclusions coming from these surveys. I monitored in three agricultural companies etological expressions of chosen dairy cows to the focus on their movement activities connected to the different technologies of milking. Etological monitoring helped to specify the scanning system of movements, which was installed in the companies. There were chosen total of 18 dairy cows of Holstein Friesian dairy cows, reproduction condition was various. The cows were in all phases of gravidity, some were just after birth. The observation was going on constantly for 24 hours, in various temperature conditions and different milking technique. The results were compared with literature and the aim was to find, by which system of milking are the animals happiest and how the welfare is accomplished.
